Introducing the new and improved List View

One of the most requested features has finally arrived to BasisBoard! We've heard from Chief Estimators and Bid Coordinators about the pain of going through and organizing bid invites one...by...one.

To give our customers a faster ways to qualify and manage bid invites in your bid board, we've launched a new and improved List View. Now, in BasisBoard you have the ability to edit multiple rows displayed in the List View at the same time. Additionally, you'll be able to edit data about your projects in-line, without leaving the page!

Edit and change bid invite information like due dates inline Update information in bulk to eliminate redundant data clean up Filter by project name for quick searches Automatically archive outdated and past due projects to declutter your bid board

Inline Editing

Now, it's even easier to update information about your projects. Edit any bid detail without having to leave the list view.

Bulk Updates

With bulk updates, say goodbye to manually cleaning up each individual bid invite one by one. Just check the relevant projects and you'll be able to delete, archive, or update information all in one click.

Project Filtering

Quickly search for projects in your bid board with our new and improved project filter.
